Insomnia Treatment Natural
Sleep disturbances, fatigue. Type 2?
My friend has had type 2 diabetes for about 5 years. He takes metformin and Starlix, and is pretty good with his diet food. He has terrible sleep disorders, and may be very tired. He did not really put it on his diabetes (he was doing his late wife for several years, but I used to be regularly in the night) but I heard that diabetes may cause insomnia, and I want him to look at some natural sleep treatments. Over the last 6 months, his sleep problems have worsened, and to his diabetes last examination, the doctor increased his dose metfomin slightly. It is not really overweight, although the doctor informed him that he will lose half a stone just to keep an eye on things. Does anyone take supplements or sleeping might suggest something?
My suggestion would be to do what works for me. Step of 2 to 3 miles at least two hours before bedtime. Take a maximum of valerian root GABA and a half hour before bedtime. That helped a little. I have fibromyalgia, so I need all the quality of sleep as I can. In addition to the above, what is most often to sleep, he might want to review what I did get off the metformin.
