Temporomandibular disorder or something else?

My question is … Recently, I opened my mouth to eat and my jaw feels like to jump right on my head and it makes noises horrible. I did not even want to eat in front of someone. I guess I never noticed before, but my mother gave me some strawberries and I eat and she told me I sounded horrible. Also, I had a sharp pain above my left temple as well. Is this the TMD or not? Help. I need a solution … serious answers only. thank you.
