Sleep Disorder Rem Stage

sleep disorder rem stage
I can wake up from REM sleep and before.?

It's a strange thing happens to me, I do not know if it normal or not. It seems that I have the ability to wake myself up right before entering REM sleep. I know there are steps that before you enter the REM, such as your muscles relax and it gives you a feeling of paralysis, you are hearing things and others. It there sometimes when I hear pounding in my ears and I feel my muscles relax. Sometimes, I was falling asleep, then all of a Suddenly I am aware, but unable to move or open her eyes, and I began to force myself to wake up. It's a scary feeling, but I I wake up with no success. Then of course there are times when I dream, to become aware in my dream and wake. I can also feel my legs and try to move while I sleep. I do not know if this is normal or not, but I would like to know what it is. I have no history of mental sleep, but I must stress that what happens when I'm tired at work or school.

It does not seem too out of the ordinary probably is not really a disease like this happens to many people. Its more like a lucid dream period. There are times when we are asleep, but not dreaming, and it is probably what you experience when you become aware (but still asleep) and unable to move. My advice would be to stop trying to wake you up when you experience this. Just try to reassure you that you are authorized, and let yourself slip back into a state of relaxation where you can wake up the next day refreshed.
